If you take pride in doing the job right the first time and want consistent work with a team that respects your trade, we'd love to meet you.<h2> </h2><h2>What You'll Do</h2><ul><li>Complete residential electrical installations for whole-home remodels, including rough-in wiring, trim-out, panel upgrades, lighting, switches, receptacles, and device installation.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, electrical layouts, and schematics to ensure installations are completed accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Perform work that meets or exceeds Texas electrical code requirements and Keil Electric's quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate effectively with project managers and other trades to keep projects on schedule.</li><li>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.</li><li>Identify installation challenges early and communicate solutions that help projects move forward smoothly.</li><li>Represent Keil Electric professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members.</li></ul><h2>What Success Looks Like</h2>Within your first 6-12 months, you will:<ul><li>Successfully complete major residential remodel projects with minimal callbacks or rework.</li><li>Consistently deliver clean, code-compliant electrical installations.</li><li>Become a trusted member of the field team known for reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.</li><li>Help projects stay on schedule through efficient planning and execution.</li><li>Contribute to Keil Electric's reputation for exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><h2>What We're Looking For</h2><ul><li>Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License or Wireman License (required).</li><li>Strong residential electrical experience, especially with remodels and renovations.</li><li>Ability to confidently read blueprints and electrical plans.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Commitment to safety, quality craftsmanship, and professional standards.</li><li>Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently while collaborating with the team.</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li></ul><h2>Compensation and Benefits</h2><ul><li>$25.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience.</li><li>Full-time employment with consistent, scheduled work.</li><li>Gas expenses covered for work-related driving.</li><li>Company provides all materials required for installations.</li><li>Clearly defined project scopes, work hours, and expectations.</li><li>Supportive team environment built on accountability, professionalism, and pride in workmanship.</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a company focused on long-term success and expanding residential electrical services.</li></ul><h2>Work Location / Schedule</h2><ul><li>On-site throughout the Round Rock, TX area and surrounding communities.</li><li>Full-time position.</li><li>Schedule to be discussed during the interview process.</li></ul><h2>About Keil Electric</h2>Keil Electric is committed to raising the standard for residential electrical work.
