Electrician (Future Owner Track)

Are you comfortable with a compensation structure that is heavily weighted toward profit-sharing, commissions, and equity upside rather than just a high flat salary?

Are you comfortable utilizing and enforcing the use of CRM/FSM software (like Jobber) for all lead tracking, quoting, and scheduling?"

In this role, you will be responsible for both selling the work and performing/leading the installations. Have you had previous experience directly quoting jobs to customers and closing sales in the field?

Do you currently hold a valid Texas Journeyman or Wireman Electrician license?
